Terms & Conditions

These terms describe the Love's Travel planning and booking service. Review them together with your specific quote, experience details, payment schedule and any supplier terms presented for your trip before you explicitly agree to book or authorize a payment.

Hotels, cruise lines and other travel suppliers can have their own booking, change and cancellation conditions. Your quote and experience-specific supplier terms matter; this page does not replace them. If information is missing, unclear or inconsistent, ask our team to clarify it before agreeing.

Reading these pages does not place a booking, authorize a charge or record your acceptance of a particular quote or supplier's terms.

A custom trip request starts the planning process. Any required planning or design fee, including the amount and currency, is shown before payment. Review the amount displayed for your request; this page does not set a standard fee.

A design-fee payment pays for the planning service described for that request. It does not by itself reserve travel, confirm availability or pay the cost of a trip. Review any separate travel quote and booking payment details before proceeding.

Check names, contact information, dates, room selections and other traveler details carefully. Share information about other travelers only with their permission, and tell our team about corrections or special requests.

Planning suggestions and displayed options should be checked against your quote and confirmation. A request or AI-generated suggestion is not a guarantee of supplier availability or fulfillment of a special request. Confirm essential requirements with our team.

Stripe processes payments. Review the amount due now, currency, total price and any remaining balance or payment schedule shown for your booking before authorizing payment. Making an initial payment does not mean a remaining trip balance has been paid.

If a payment or confirmation is unclear, contact our team with the booking or request reference before submitting another payment. Ask us to explain any difference between your quote and payment records.

To request a cancellation, change or refund, email support@golovestravel.com with your booking or request reference. Our team reviews requests against the service purchased, your quote, experience-specific terms and applicable supplier conditions. Sending a request does not itself cancel a booking or promise a refund; ask our team to confirm the outcome.

A partial refund returns part of a payment; it does not by itself lower the agreed trip price. It reduces the amount paid toward your booking and can reopen or increase the remaining balance unless the team separately confirms a price adjustment. Review the updated balance with us.

When all money collected for a booking has been refunded, that booking is canceled and its remaining balance with Love's Travel is closed. This also applies when only a deposit was collected and that entire deposit is refunded. No further payment is due on that canceled Love's Travel booking. Any separate arrangement you made directly with a supplier remains subject to that arrangement.

These statements explain the effect of refunds that have been completed. They do not create an automatic right to a refund or set a refund deadline, cancellation fee or blanket nonrefundability rule. Ask our team about design-fee refund requests as well as booking refunds.

SAIGE helps organize preferences and generate ideas and planning drafts for review by our travel team. AI output can contain errors or omissions and does not confirm a booking, price, availability or travel requirement. Confirm important details with the team and the relevant supplier before relying on a suggestion.
